The FMO Forward Initiative was created to bring together Forward Marketing Organizations (FMOs) and NABIP Michigan in a shared commitment to supporting agents through education, advocacy, professional development, and meaningful industry engagement.

Insurance Advisors Direct (IAD) is a full-service Field Marketing Organization built to help independent insurance agents grow their businesses with greater efficiency, support, and confidence. We support agents across Medicare, Life, Annuities, Health, and related markets with access to leading carriers and experienced industry guidance. Our agent-first approach combines sales training, marketing support, lead-generation resources, technology, operational assistance, and ongoing education.
