Governance & Policy Documents

Our governing documents outline the structure, standards, and policies that guide NABIP-MI’s work.

NABIP-MI Bylaws

Organizational bylaws are the formal rules that define how an association is structured and governed. They outline leadership roles, board responsibilities, membership rights, and the procedures that guide decision-making and operations.

Communication Policy

The purpose of this document is to establish clear guidelines for how statewide communications are managed and distributed across NABIP chapters. It ensures consistency, accountability, and coordinated messaging between local chapters and the state board.

Travel Policy

The purpose of this document is to define how travel expenses incurred while representing NABIP are approved, reimbursed, and documented. It establishes expectations for participation, accountability, and fiscal responsibility to ensure funds are used appropriately and in alignment with board-approved guidelines.

Approved State Budgets

Approved budget documents outline the anticipated revenues and expenses for a defined fiscal year as formally adopted by the board. They serve as the financial roadmaps for the organization, guiding spending decisions and ensuring accountability to members and stakeholders.
